palak paneer recipe

Palak Paneer is a Punjabi cuisine. Coming from Punjab, it is my duty to share my version of this recipe. Paneer Palak or Palak Paneer is a must try in the winter season. I hate spinach. When I say that, I mean it but this recipe has changed everything. It is scrumptious. I relished every bit of it. This is one of the most popular Indian dishes.

Phirni Recipe, Rice Pudding Recipe

I just love Phirni...it is really amazing! Whenever I go to BBQ Nation, or any other restaurant where there is a buffet, I just can't resist over this sweet delicacy! I just love it. I have at least 2-3 bowls of it and leave out the main course! :) That's my love for phirni and its a healthy dessert because it doesn't have that much sugar and has no ghee in it! - The best part!

Every India sips at least 2 to 3 cups of this beverage daily! And, I bet you that. Also, India is the second largest producer of tea in the world. The most famous one, being Darjeeling tea. But in this recipe, I'm using the normal tea that we get in all parts of India.
