Finger Sandwiches Recipe - Salad Dressing Finger Sandwiches | Tea Sandwiches

These veg finger sandwiches make up a good tea party snack or just to have with a cup of tea. These tea sandwiches have a yummy salad dressing filling.



It is very easy to prepare. It would require a few salad dressings and some veggies and that's it!

Ingredients: 

(Makes: 4 finger sandwiches)

  • Bread slices- 3 (sides removed)
  • Mayonnaise- for spreading
  • Mint mayonnaise- 1 tbsp
  • Honey mustard- 1 tbsp
  • Finely chopped capsicum- 1/4 cup (heaped)
  • Finely chopped onion- 1/4 cup (heaped)
  • Tomato ketchup (otpional)- for drizzling on the top
  • Salt- 1/4 tsp
  • Black pepper- 1/4 tsp
  • Red chilli powder- 1/4 tsp

Method:

Take a bowl, add in the veggies and then add in salt, pepper, red chilli powder mint mayonnaise and honey mustard. Mix them together to form a filling. 

Take a bread slice, spread mayonnaise on the top. Add some filling on it, then cover it up with another bread slice. Spread mayonnaise on the top of that bread slice too, then add in the filling and finally cover it up with the third bread slice.

Press the sandwich with a spatula or hand to compress it a little. Then, cut it into 4 squares and drizzle some tomato ketchup on the top.
